Ladies, it's time to heal, nurture and re-energise!

We have taken time to shape this year's Exhale event to make it even that more special for you.

On Saturday 1st July 2023 we welcome all women to take time out of your busy schedule to nourish and nurture yourself, listen to some fabulous guest speakers talking on a range of pertinent issues affecting women. Come and browse and buy from a delightful range of health and wellbeing stalls who promote chemical-free and holistic approaches in their products and services.

This year we have three amazing guest speakers taking the platform at the event:

INSPIRATIONAL TALK 1 - Holistic Strategies for Stress Elimination with guest speaker Muku Qesua - Homeopath, Herbalist and Psychotherapist

INSPIRATIONAL TALK 2 - Create your Why! Holding Vision for Life Success with guest Karen Walker - Director of KarMarTri, Lifestylist and Award Winning Business 2022

So, you can see its going to be a wonderful day with informative talks, wonderful female-centred business stalls to browse and buy, a tasty vegan buffet, coupled with pockets of joy and laughter.

STALL OPPORTUNITIES

Female Health and Wellness Businesses are also invited to book your stall. Stalls are £45.00 (Business Traders) and £20.00 (Information stall only). *Public Liability Insurance of £2 million + is mandatory for all stall holders.

*Additional Stall Holder information - Please note that this does not include buffet lunch. Those wishing to book with lunch is an extra £15.00. *Note there is a service on the day at the hotel should you wish to buy your own lunch.
