About the event

Welcome

This workshop will be facilitated by Mindfulness and Holistic Health Practitioner Imani Sorhaindo who has had over 20 years of meditation experience in the field. 

You will find out more about the health benefits of Mindful living, and you will take away a few Mindfulness activities which you can add to your toolkit or staying calm and thinking positively for success!

Have a notepad and pen to hand, and if at all possible, please be seated in an upright chair (not mandatory).
