Here's one to try out at home!
Many of my clients have ditched their branded cereals and dairy milk for something more wholesome to kick start their mornings!
Recipe ingredients:
1/2 litre of coconut water
A handful organic kale (washed in apple cider vinegar)
A handful organic spinach (washed in apple cider vinegar)
1/2 an Apple
1/2 a Kiwi fruit
A pinch of Cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of Chia seeds
