Creating Fair and Inclusive Work Spaces in Leadership - Exploring Unconscious Bias through Mindful Practice

This event is for anyone is Leaership with an interest or professional portfolio around Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. The 2hr Masterclass will explore Unconscious Bias around 'race' and ethnicity, and offer some Mindfulness inteventions to help raise personal and group awareness in your teams, for problem solving and group productivity.

With over 30 years of leadership and quality assurance experience, along with Mindfulness training the course lends tself to be a unique experience where you will take yourself that much further in creating an inclusive environment in the community or at work. You'll be offered some strategies that have assisted others in prisons, voluntary organisations, healthcare and school settings.
