It's time to heal, nurture and re-energise!

We have taken time to shape this year's Exhale event to make it even that more special for you. EXHALE will be held at the lovely Muthu Belstead Brook Hotel, in Ipswich; one of Suffolk's top quality hotels, with beautiful gardens and river surrounds.
On Saturday 14th September 2024 we will be welcoming you as you take time out of your busy schedule to nourish and nurture yourself, listen to some fabulous guest speakers speaking on a range of pertinent issues affecting women's health and empowerment.
Hand, Feet or Facial Massage will be on available, so book a treatment when you arrive.
