About the course
The course will assist with your experiences of racism and micro-aggression in the workplace or community and is a safe and supportive environment for people of colour to gain self-awareness, to heal from past and current forms of oppression and discrimination towards personal transformation.
Past participants came on the course for many reasons such as: To gain insight, to reduce tension, develop patience, to reduce anxiety, for healing and to renew their commitment towards self-development, to re-enforce a Mindfulness routine, to develop more spiritual awareness, to assist their team of counsellors and therapists, to feel more grounded, internally strong and motivated.
