Mindfulness Strategies for dealing with life challenges is a practical event to assist in reducing the stress response by enabling you to tap into the power of creating space!
Come and gain some practical insights and principles which underpin Mindful living, and learn or further hone some really useful breathwork and Mindful techniques to help you stay calm and centred amidst the seasonal hustle and bustle or internal chatter. Making space for you will move you that much further towards gleaning what changes you want to attract in your life.
