This workshop will be facilitated by Imani Sorhaindo, a trained Mindfulness Teacher and Holistic Health Practitioner who has been working locally, nationally and internationally on Mindfulness, Meditation and Energy Balancing work.
She is also the author of a new book out titled 'Nature's pathways to Womb-Wellness' which is on Amazon.
The workshop will enable you to gain some practical tools for staying healthy and resilient in the midst of life challenges. Come and gain insight of how that internal negative voice can get in the way of us realising our self-worth and talent, hampering our dreams and aspirations we once held for ourselves.
